Triple Chocolate Cookies

Triple Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

150gr butter (soft, vegan possible)
140gr light brown sugar
140gr white sugar
2 Eggs
250gr flour
60gr cocoa powder
1tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt
150gr white chocolate
100gr dark chocolate

Information

Makes approximately 20 cookies

Steps:

1. Beat together butter and sugar, till light and fluffy
2. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until well incorporated
3. Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together on top of your wet ingredients. Fold the flour mixture gently into the wet ingredients
4. Add your roughly chopped chocolate into the dough and stir everything together. I like to keep 50gr of the white chocolate and add the chunks on top of the cookies before baking them, to get caramelised white chocolate bits
5. Portion the dough into 1 tbsp sized balls, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 3 days. You can also freeze the portioned dough for fresh cookies anytime ☺️
6. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees Celsius for 11-13 minutes. Serve warm! ✨
