Pistachio & Chocolate Cookies

Pistachio & Chocholate

Ingredients:

180g butter
100g brown sugar
100g white sugar
2 eggs
1 pck Vanilla sugar
250gr flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
180g dark chocolate
50g pistachios, roughly chopped
Sea salt for sprinkling on top

Makes approximately 20 cookies

Steps:

1. Cream together sugar and butter, add vanilla and eggs and beat until light and fluffy
2. Add flour, salt and baking soda and carefully fold into the wet ingredients
3. Add chocolate and pistachios and fold into batter
4. Portion your dough into 1 tbsp sized balls and let them rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven, place the dough balls on a baking sheet and add more chocolate & pistachios on top (optional)
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle sea salt over them as soon as they come out the oven. Enjoy warm ✨ If you don’t want to bake them instantly you can put the dough in the fridge due up to 3 days.
