Roll n' Dough
Chocolate & Raspberry Cookies

Ingredients:
200g soft butter (vegan possible)
250g brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pck Vanilla sugar
250gr flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
180gr chocolate
130gr frozen raspberries
Makes approximately 20 cookies
If you don’t want to bake them instantly you should put the dough in the freezer, to make sure the raspberries don’t thaw.
Steps:
1. Cream together sugar, vanilla sugar and butter.
2. Add vanilla and eggs and beat until light and fluffy
3. Add flour, salt and baking soda and carefully fold into the wet ingredients
4. Add chocolate and raspberries and quickly fold into batter
5. Bake immediately at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Enjoy warm!
