📝 Ingredients

  • 200g soft butter (vegan possible)
  • 250g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 250g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 180g chocolate (chopped)
  • 130g frozen raspberries

  • Makes approximately 20 cookies
  • Freeze the dough if you’re not baking right away to keep raspberries from thawing

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cream together sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter.
  2. Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in flour, salt, and baking soda.
  4. Add chocolate and raspberries; fold in gently.
  5. Bake immediately at 180°C for 12–14 minutes.
