Blueberry & Crumble Muffins
Fluffy muffins packed with juicy blueberries and topped with a buttery streusel crumble. Perfect for breakfast or a cozy treat.

📝 Ingredients
- 240g all-purpose flour
- 150g granulated sugar
- 50g brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 50g melted butter
- 60g oil (sunflower)
- 130ml buttermilk
- 1 pack vanilla extract
- 360g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
For the Crumble
- 30g butter
- 30g brown sugar
- 50g flour
👩🍳 Instructions
- Whisk eggs and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Mix in melted butter, oil, and buttermilk until combined.
- Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients.
- Add blueberries and gently fold in.
- For crumble: mix ingredients by hand until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of muffin batter.
- Bake at 170°C for 20–25 minutes.
